OVER 21+ VENUE POLICY

I Acknowledge (for myself and everyone I am purchasing tickets for) that this is strictly an over 21+ venue. IDs are required for entry and will be checked at the door. Anyone violating this will forfeit their ticket and be escorted from the premise.

SEATING AND ADA ACCESSIBILITY

I Acknowledge (for myself and everyone I am purchasing tickets for) that seating is not guaranteed unless VIP Packages (including tables, booths or gazebos) have been purchased. The outdoor area includes stairs, slopes, loose gravel and rugged terrain not suitable for wheelchairs. This is an urban forest; slip resistant shoes are encouraged. Folding lawn chairs are permitted unless otherwise stated at the gate. The Overlook Deck along West 1st Street adjoining Forest Music Hall is the only safe ADA Accessible viewing area for concerts in The Enchanted Forest and the closest ADA Accessible bathroom is on the corner W. 1st and W. Main inside Floyd County Brewing.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINKS or WEAPONS POLICY

I Acknowledge (for myself and everyone I am purchasing tickets for) that no outside food, drinks or weapons (including knives) are permitted on our premise. Anyone violating this will forfeit their ticket and be escorted from the premise.

CONDUCT POLICY

I Acknowledge (for myself and everyone I am purchasing tickets for) that Event staff reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct the management deems to be disorderly or otherwise fails to comply with event rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event and will not result in a refund.

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

I Acknowledge (for myself and everyone I am purchasing tickets for) that all sales are final and refunds are allowed only in limited circumstance where the event is cancelled completely or postponed to another date. Should inclement weather arise during a show, we will attempt to complete the show as long as safety can be maintained. Beware of ticket transfers in this era of Digital Ticketing, as we must require an ID matching the ticket purchase as proof of purchase upon entry to ensure the ticket hasn’t been stolen or reproduced unlawfully.

PUBLIC APPEARANCE POLICY

I Acknowledge (for myself and everyone I am purchasing tickets for) that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event and that your appearance or actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public. You further agree to have no expectation of privacy regarding your conduct or actions at the event. You grant permission to event management to utilize your name, image, likeness, appearance, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of, or at, the event for any purpose, without further authorization from or compensation to, you or anyone acting on your behalf.
